Manifold has had the logo ground off and polished over, cant even tell there was a logo there.

yes it is the new Victor X, no I dont have pics but it is brand new, was used for like 5 miles then pulled off to go a different route with the motor which required a ITR head which will not fit the manifold.

no, sorry not interested in the meter and yes I think I could dig up some referrences. The manifold is pending sale, will let you know.
