.040 Overbore on stock d16a6 sleaves will the walls be ok?
This will be going from 75mm to 76mm
This will end up as a 1.633 ltr
Compression will be around 11.3 to 1
The whole block is being rebuilt
Shot Peined stock Rods with ARP Studs
Knifed/Polished Crank
All new seals and bearings
PM7 .040 overbore pistons
Head
Delta Cam 272
Supertech Valvetrain
Port n Polish
Valve Job
I will also be running ITB's
Can you guys give me some opinions? The shop said that I would have to bore the walls at least .030 and I found a set of .040 slugs
