Default new problems. help please.

ok so the b16 in my four door ef dx was running like crap but this just happened one day. i was driving it for about a month before any problems happened. sure i had codes but no serious codes just a vss code. anyway the problem is this. i would drive the car for a while just fine and it would move pretty good. then when i reached the normal engine temp my car would just start bogging all kinds. it was dangerous to drive on the road because there was no garenty it would move when you pressed the gas. it all started at like 3k rpm's. now i have an si motor in it and it is doing the same thing. i know its wiring or fuel somohow. i just need help chosseing the right one. but how would my wiring just go bad one day. its all soldered and heat shriked by some shop. help me out. thanks

Are the wires and plugs to your ECU in and going ....cause that happened to me and it was a wire goin to ECU plug that came off...it was to one of the injectors and it came off the ECU plug.
