i have a 90 crx dx that needs a new auto tranny.. will 92-95 and 96-00 d-series auto trannies work in it without modifications? will i have to use a 92-95 tranny mount?

 

id just do a 5 speed swap..I think the 92+ tranny are different on how they mount up..I could be wrong though

 

this is just a daily driver. looking for the cheapest fix possible. and just swapping another auto tranny in seems to be the cheapest.

if the mount itself is different cant i just use the 92-95 civic tranny mount? 88-91 civic/crx auto trannys are hard to find and hard to find good ones. so its easier to find a newer one.

but i had a 90 civic 5speed with a blown motor i sold for $150 awhile back. im kicking myself in the *** now..
