Default B16 questions

1.) Well I was looking at this and I was wondering If I could take this off and what is it for? The thing that says up on it



2.) I was wondering what this one does also and can I take it off



3.) what does this hose run to and what is it for?



4.) I was wondering what this is for and what it does?

1) remove it it doesnt do anything all the newer b16 dont have this

3)Looks like to main fuel line from your filter you will need a new one from honda you cannot cut these and clamp back together
4)thats to your heater core it connects on the side of your motor under the dizzy

Those things in the 1st 2 pics are called dashpots..true you dont need them,,but they keep the engine from dropping revs to fast...i took mine off though and it runs the same

cap them off with vacuum nipples/plugs

#4 while it does lead to the heater core, that actual part is the heater valve. It controls the flow to teh heater core for blending in heat for inside the cabin.
