Watanabe's are Watanabe's and Black Racing are Watanabe knock offs
I think the ones in the pic are Black Racings because I think I see the "BR" mark.
By the way I can't see the OPs first pic...

I didn't know black racings were knock offs i thought they were like a brake off company


it looks like there is a ssr on the side of the lip but the picture is to small to tell

edit : wait i take that back i found a pic of SSR rs8

 

wait nope I was wrong the ones above from the OP are SSR RS8

the gold ones above are RS8 II which is why they look a lil different

see that little emblem on the lower part of the center! thats how you can tell!

but its hard to find a full set of actual watanbe's for honda, since they were made for corolla's and 240's back in the day!

some of the watanabe's are magnesium so watch out when they catch on fire! its not a pretty sight

 

SSR RS8 have the same lil symbol on them on the center as the same as watanabe

Uh OK you are right about the Watanabe emblem on the center disk. They are called RS8s and are Licensed by Watanabe made by SSR. Watanabe does not (cannot?) make multi piece wheels.
It is not hard to find a full set of FF sized Watanabe's. Maybe used will be hard to find because not many people rocked Watanabe's on FF cars in Japan.
You can buy Watanabe's brand new.
They are not a discontinued wheel. Anyone interested PM me and I can get you some.
RS8s are discontinued though.
I have never seen any Watanabe Mags catch fire. They do tend to not hold air good and are brittle after a while though. Mags are still available new also.
