Injectors from a Prelude fit in a B16A3?

Injectors from a Prelude fit in a B16A3?
I think the injectors from the H22 are something
like 290cc compared to the b16a's 240cc? I was
looking for a really cheap set of injectors and wondering
if they'll plug right in. Gettin' some cams, so just looking
for more fuel potential when i go tune it. Thxs.
