Default Quick Question

Ok real quick.... Im going to paint my hx wheels tomorrow. The only thing Im concerned about is the whole "wet sanding" process. What exactly is wet sanding? I know how to sand something its not that hard im just getting lost with the whole "wet" part. Any and all help is greatly appreciated... oh and one other thing. I heard to use aircraft stripper to remove the old paint, where can I get this?

wet sanding is sanding with water some people add alittle dish soap to the water(one or two drops) I beleive it to keep the sand paper from clogging up. You can get the stripper at wal-mart or any other corporate mega store
