bought a honda crx 91 Si. 218,000miles.Yeah you read it right.218,000.Ran fine put new battery, plugs, wires, cap, rotor.Still ran great.2 days later i pull out my bros driveway just fine go down the street and it stumbles like i missed a shift and then slowly dies.try crankin it,nothin.I was so sure it was fuel related.Crank all day with no turn over.pushed it bak to his place.Bought a new fuel filter put it in,purged the fuel lines for blockage, dropped tank, pump pumps fuel, has spark, but still WILL NOT turn over. No CEL, It gets a spark but a friend says it looks like it might be a little weak.
ANY suggestions, ideas will be greatly appreciated, anything.

sounds like a main relay problem. our cars are notorious for it. what it is, is the main relay on the car that when you turn the ignition to the on position it primes the fuel pump. basically the solder points on the inside of the circuit board become cracked and do not make contact anymore. you can either replace it with a new one or take the old one out and resolder the points. to check it turn the key to the on position and listen to see if the fuel pump turns on. if it doesnt then its you main relay. if it primes try and start it cuz it is an intermittent problem with the main relay usually. a temporary solustion which i found worked for me was if its not turning over hit the change tray area of the dash on the driver side and it might start.
edit: heres a link on the main relay and how to fix it http://techauto.tripod.com/mainrelay.htm

figured it out. Turns out the ***** that put the new distributor rotor in didn't tighten the locking screw tight enough and the rotor fell off and was floping around in there. Nothing was dammaged and she starts and runs great now. Thanks for the help guys, tho it wasn't what you said it might be, i really apreciate the time you took to type it in.
