Default EF Racing bars, are they any good or go with PasswordJDM?

for a 95 civic ex coupe, it is my DD but I am going to hit the track as much as possilbe this summer. I already have it lowered with stiffer springs/shocks/struts (KYB, they might be replaced with Skunk2) I want to stiffen up the car. I noticed they have a lot of "hinges/ball joints" on their braces. Is this good/bad? I would think it would allow the car to flex more than if they were solid bars like the PasswordJDM bars. Whats your 2 cents?
