I just noticed that the spedometer and odometer are not working. All of the other gauges work fine.

Speed sensor?

96 16V 5speed.

 

if the cruise is working the VSS is usually okay.
Do you have a CEL or 'D4' light flashing?
Checked for codes?

Oh, there are codes. The CEL is on, and it was flashing before, but that stopped.

I am not sure what the D4 is.

I need to scan and check the codes out. I drive a VW and have the vag com for that but it won't work for a honda. I'll stop by autozone for a free scan.
