Default Spoon Chassis Parts

As found in the link provided below, has anyone used the Spoon springs, and if so, do you favor them over anything else? What shock to use them with, and what about the stock shocks? Can you get away with using them with the stock shocks without ill affects?

If your looking for a really nice spring and shock set up to use, I suggest you run the Espelir and Koni yellow combo because it is fairly cheap and is a very good bang for the buck type ordeal. The espelir spring itself lowers the car about 1.3 inches front and rear, and by setting the Koni yellow shock on the lowest perch, you are able to drop the car another .5 inches. A fairly moderate 1.8 drop with adjustable dampening is not that bad at all.

But whenever you get tired of this combo, switch out the spring and run some adjustable Ground Control coilover sleeves with the Koni Yellows. Track guys love this set up and some even say, these combo is a lot better than the "true" full JDM coilovers they have on the market.

Just buy the whole catalog.

The springs will work with stock shocks.

I know the Spoon springs will bolt on and work, my question is will the stock shocks be effective enough? I know they're pretty good from the factory, but I don't know HOW good.

Spoon/Swift?
Are we talking Spoon spings and Swift shocks? Or the other way around?

I've seen the Amuse coiovers, BTW. Very nice pieces, how much are they? I haven't yet had the opportunity to do much research yet.

I had Neuspeed (the lowest drop available from a spring alone, I believe) and stock shocks for about 10K miles. I thought it pretty much handled like stock. It did reduce body roll fairly dramatically though. Now I've got Tein Flex and wish I would have just bought coilovers from the beginning.

Amuse Hi-Tech dampers are about $3600.

Bilsteins made to Amuse specs...I hear they're utterly amazing, but I want to know what they cost.
