Going to the gas station today and a girl pulled out in front of me. Hit her in the drivers door going about 50 mph. I was fine just a little sore and she had to go to the hospital with glass in her eye. She got a ticket for failure to yield and I had 4 witnesses. I might go to the doctor tomorrow if im hurtin bad.

Car is going to be totaled. Just got it about a month ago too. Doesnt look too bad but a lot got got messed up, including frame.

Will post pictures sometime tomorrow when its daylight again and i go clean my car out.

50 was the speed of the highway at which i was traveling, i do not know how fast i was going when i hit after slamming on brakes. From the skid marks the estimated 35-40 when i hit her (its on the police report). Both air bags deployed, a motor mount broke and the frame was bent along with the usual body damage. You cant see all the damage from the resolution of the pics and like I said, the car didnt look too bad. Her car looked worse but had less damage.

Actually, the bitch is trying to get me. She made a claim to my insurance like it was my fault and said I sped up to hit her. Now if that were true, I was sore for 3 days and never went to the doctor or went when I hit her. I just took some baths and some meds. But now after my insurance agent called me yesterday and told me she filed that claim, who said it wasnt going to hold up and he was dropping it, tomorrow im going to the doctor for my knee (been sore before the accident) and im gonna go rent a car even though I dont need it. I was being nice about the situation but that bitch fucked that up

Does anyone know what CC Company is? Her insurance just called me and gave me the word that is was totaled and that the adjust would use "CC Company" to decide how much it worth. Im sure CC stands for something and he was just using slang thinking I knew what it was. Oh, and i get a rental car. I wonder if they have 300Cs? Balla

Yes I know, but after that hit I was just ready to go home. It was the mrs's birthday and I had a suprise party planned so I didnt want to spend the night at the hospital.

Its not insurance fraud, im not trying to get anything out of it except what I deserve. You think that impact made my sore knee feel better? I could use a rental car since that car was my DD and my other is horrible on gas.

Even if I was trying to cheat them out of money, they know that little stuff happens every day, the just turn their heads on little stuff.
