All of the pictures seem underexposed to me... hard to make out any details. Try a better lit area or a longer exposure.
Are you using a lens hood or shooting directly into the lights on purpose? Lens flare looks tacky and can easily be avoided.

Yeah, the area definitely didn't provide the best lighting for these shots. As for the exposures, I thought they were decent? I posted this up on AccessPhoto and someone said that exposures were pretty good.
A lens hood was used on all of the shots. And I agree, I hate when I get lens flare.
