Default Question from a N00b

I was planning on getting a new Injen CAI and Magna Catback exhaust for my 07 Civic LX. Do I have to get the ECU reprogrammed for these new addons, or will it work with the factory settings?

i currently have the injen SRI installed on my LX, works fine, no ECU reprogramming needed...i'm pretty sure you don't need it when adding an exhaust as well.

No. Just leave your battery unhooked for 15 minutes after the install. Then, the ECU reprograms itself to notice the difference with the new parts.

I said to unplug the battery not just leave the car off. Anytime you install intake, you should unplug the battery for at least 15 minutes. The sensor will recognize the change. It does help for your ECU to adapt. There is a reason why the instructions say to do this.
