I have a 2000 CR-V, and have recently spent a lot of money on performance parts such as new cat back system, (2.25" pipe, Hotdog Muffler which leads into a Sports Muffler, and last a 6" Cannon on the end.) The reason for the second muffler, slight torque increase and response increase, but still free accel. I have just added a high flow cat, and huge high speed intake. I am just getting ready to change the sparkplugs to iridium, and new red low resist wires. On the way is a redline performance chip that comes free with a 2.4 psi electric supercharger, im going to modify the intake slightly so that the super flow pipe is used for the supercharger instead of small 3" tubing... I am about to invest in some new cusco forged pistons, and then finally in about 3-4 months time i will drop the "V" 2" with new suspension... Then its time for the dino!
How do you think the CR-V will handle? in terms of reliability? i havent had any problems from the exhaust system and its been just under 6 months. Do you think the 'V' will handle everything?, after all it is a Honda, (STRONG LIKE BULL)

I see some are not too happy with my idea of the "V" standing its ground amongst the street cars out there... i understand... its a cruize ship not a speed boat, but i really enjoy trying new things... Anyway, the "V" isnt my first car with this setup, i also have a 2000 civic sedan with a similar setup, and boy does it fly, and for just over 55,000 km of driving and without a single problem... so i cant be that much of a "disgrace to honda owners" as (ROSS 4107) judges me. I live in Perth, Australia too and there aren't many cars that are overly different so i thought i would give it my own try, anyway... just got the new sparks and wires, and have found a civic b16a vtec head for sale down my street, so may invest in the conversion.
