Default torque wrench

I have never used a torque wrench before and i recently bought the socket type ones with a twisting lower handle with measurements on it. It also has twisting dial on the very bottom. If anyone has the same type, how do i use it?

Thanks

umm... twist the dials until the torque mark is at where you want it, and slowly apply force on the torque wrench. When it clicks, stop applying force.
