Default Headers Help...URGENT

Ok, so i bought some headers form ebay, pretty decent. About 2 days later the bolt where an optional place to put an o2 sensor flys off while im on the freeway. My O2 sensor is on the exhaust pipe below the headers, so i have no idea why would there be a bolt there..So i tried going to Home Depot...OSH...i tried the 5/8 18x1.5 bolt, just A LITTLE LITTLE to small..so i tried the 20, to big,..i dont know what to do..should i weld on the bolt or something..i dont want to put my stock headers back on..but if i have to..i dont have a choice..so anyone would have suggestions?

Just find something to weld in there in it's place. Take that bolt that was just a little small to a muffler shop or machine shop and have it welded in the hole.

man installing it was a bitch..one of the screws was in a tight space even an extended socket wrench couldnt get it loose.. so mostly exhaust shops would have the perfect screw to fit int he hole?..so yea i heard it before..It happended when iw as on a freeway..i had to pull over and i revved my engine to see what was wrong...it does sound like a lawn mower..amen...i didnt even know until i heard like a clank from the screw hitting the bottom of my car..

a lot of places sell "O2 sensor plugs" which is what you need. Maybe Autozoo has them.
Whatever you end up with, make sure it has some sort of crush piece so it seals.
Alternatively weld the hole shut.
That hole is there because LX/DX people would have to yank the cat and the o2 sensor to install that.
