what gear when dyno??

what gear when dyno??

I went to get my car dynoed and the guy asked me what gear i want to dyno. he asked 3rd or 4th. He said it should be 4th for my car so it was dynoed with 4th. Did i do the right gear for the dyno on my 04 s2000?? THanks!!!

depends on the dyno.

but if you're on a dynojet, probably 4th

usually 4th so you get the most accurate results..(1:1 gear ratio)

I tried three pulls, 3rd, then 4th, then 5th. I got the highest results in 4th. Mine is a little different though because I have 4.77's in the rear so my ratio is a little different.
