2nd gen suspension recomendations?

2nd gen suspension recomendations?
I just picked up a 93 GS-R, and the build up has already begun.
What I am wondering, is what suspension setup do you folks recomend. First let me tell you a bit about my driving and what I am looking for.
This is not going to be an all out race car. I am sure I will make my way to a couple auto-x's, and to the drag strip, but for the most part, I am just building a nice driveable, semi-quick car. I want to maintain a nice driveable ride quality. That said I am not looking for an all out true coil over set up. I would like to go with a good ol' fasioned set of springs and shocks. The problem I run into is that a company will make a sping, and recomend a shock that is not made for a 2nd gen teg, or the other way around. Please help!
