Default How to get paint off of tires?*ALREADY SEARCHED*

Can anyone tell me how to remove paint from my tires? I coated them with vaseline, but I guess the paint got onto parts of the tire where I thought I coated it with vaseline, so there's random paint spots. Ive read how to remove it in some guides on how to paint your rims, but I can't find them.

I was painting some wheels a little while ago and got some paint on the tires. I uses some Acetone and it got all the paint off with no problem.

You can get Acetone at Wal-Mart in the paint section.

Acetone or Laquer thinner works better.

easiest solution. Run the tires a little low on air and just drive it on a back road that way its safe and the tires sidewall will flex a lot. The paint cant flex and will crack and chip off.

you seriously think doing all that is easier than getting acetone and going at the wheels for a few mins?

hahahahahahaha risk "rims"??? Not ******* NO air you tool. If you run the tires about 15 lbs low... the tires will flex and you will NOT be risking "rims". You aren't ******* backroading and turning hard and **** so you're not risking "rims"... And if he just painted his WHEELS not ******* "rims"... Acetone is not a good idea to have near fresh paint. Lets try talking about **** we know about dumbass. I have done this MANY times with no risk to wheels.
I suppose steel wool would also work well... Good luck
