Default LS/VTEC Conversion

Ok guys... need some help and opinions. Im looking to do a LS/vtec conversion to my 98 civic. Id be looking to bolt on a b16 head. Now im assuming I would be able to use CTR pistons but Id have to use LS sized connecting rods. Now concerning manifolds, a CTR intake manifold would be able to bolt up as well as the CTR header. Am I correct in these assumptions or am i completely off. Any help or criticism would be helpful. Thanks

LS rods need to have the small ends narrowed by 0.065 to fit into the CTR pistons.

CTR intake should not be a problem.

CTR header my have oil pan clearance issues.
