Default H.I.D Question

*If this is in the wrong place could you please move it*

Alright i guess my question is, does a balast ( dunno if that spelt right lol ) go bad ? like just stop working.. ? and if they can is there a way i can fix it ?

by the way it looks i cant even take it aprat, but i pluged both lights in to balast and nothing, but then when i plug them into the other they work..

i had them in my car they worked fine, took them out putting them in another, and now this

so, can they go bad ? and if so how can i look for a problem and fix it ?

thank you

dont mean to jack the thread but....I want to install HIDs on my snowmobile one day, but as many of you sledders know, your stock headlights dim at idle because the generator cannot produce enough current to keep them bright. Will this damage the ballasts or bulbs?

You should check all fuses and also you bulb before replacing the ballast.

Take a Voltage meter and see it the ballast is Bad.....
