alright im not talkign all out 1,000 page textbook, but just general overview that can give me some knowledge on all of the terms and numbers used with suspension setups. I'm tired of searching for "best suspension" and having people reccommend this spring rate and valving this and such when i dont know what it means, lol. So yeah, I guess finding out and educating myself on this would be nice so I can get more involved and choose something thats suitable for my needs rather than looking for "the best".

He said he doesn't want a 1000 page book. The one you posted is almost that (922). I don't think that's something that he's looking for.
