Default replaced head with 98 civic head car turns over but wont start

i have a 91 honda civic hatch with a d15b2. i replaced the head with 98 civic head. my car turns over but wont start not sure if its the timing and im not sure how do time it. any suggestions on what the problem might be would be awesome.

you should have someone look at it..
that knows where the timing suppose to be.
it might be the timing.

We need more details to give you a decent answer, did you convert to obd-1, or stay at obd-0?

honestly i dont know what obd is, so i have no clue. how can i find which it is.
