LG LCD Monitors for CHEAP! Great for DIY projectors or computer monitors...
Hello, I work at LG Electronics and can get monitors at employee prices. These monitors are refurbished which means there was some reason they were returned and they cannot be sold to public again. This could be anything from dead/stuck pixel(s), scratches on the screen or plastic around it, light leakage, or a dark spot on the screen. So far I've had 2 out of 14 monitors with a single stuck pixel. I've had a couple that were returned for light leakage, but I don't know where this light is supposed to be leaking from. I've had a couple with perfect screens but scratches on the plastic around the screen (none with scratches on the screen). One had a dark spot that you could only see on darker colored backgrounds if you're looking for it. So far I haven't had any monitors fail.
These monitors are great if you're doing a DIY projector. I've been wanting to build one for quite a while but never had a place to get a decently priced LCD panel. I will update on this thread which monitors have been tested. If you would like to learn more about a DIY projector, check out http://www.lumenlab.com/forums.
I cannot get tvs to sell, sorry. For those who have already asked me about them, I'll still try but don't hold your breath. TVs are hard to get because most of them are sold to people who bribe or have connections. Also I can only get one TV a month and am purchasing two 50" plasmas for the apartment, so it will be a while before I even have TVs to sell.
They do not come with manuals; they come with a vga and power cable. They all have DVI-D and VGA inputs, none have any other inputs.
Prices for international shipping are of course higher. These are sale prices and prices will increase when it's over. I ship using UPS and package in bubble wrap and peanuts. Paypal address is twolfe223x@gmail.com
