Anyone who has a 96 prelude, could u please check your ecu for me and write the serial, i just bought one off ebay but didnt think about the fact that he could have sold me a 92-95 ecu and called it a 96. I have to have a 96 for ek h22 swap to be legal, so anyone who could help out would be great. The serial # reads 37820-p13-a12, match anyone elses?

I'll get mine later if need be, but an obd1 ecu will not plug into your obd2 car.

 

x2. the plugs will be very diff. if it plugs up its a 96 if not its obd1
