whats is the best way to lower your car that will have the best results in the long run

Quality parts that will lower it as little as possible to put the least of stress on the suspension parts.

Of course, that's not what 99.9% of people that lower their cars are here to do, but to go with a nice setup that suits their needs.

You should ask yourself, what are your needs for suspension? for what driving conditions? budget? before you spend money on suspension parts.
