he will also put in my toda gears and toda b's after for the same price and do timing

 

I'd say considering its an hours worth of work, yes but to know that its done right and for the piece of mind it may be worth it. I just did mine myself with the help of a friend who knew how to, and i have to say its really easy. the only thing is making sure you dont screw up the timing. If you're good with your car, do it your self. HTH
