99 SI sturt bar, front/rear lower tie bar will bolt on 99 ex?
I was told the rear lower tie bar will work w/ out mods but will the front strut/lower tie bar work?

Tie bar will work, for the strut bar you'll need to drill out the indentations on the strut tower.
