if you're talking about the a-spec suspension package, it lowers the car about an inch. what do you want out of a suspension? the aspec is a great street susp. with decent travel and a nice inch or so drop. it isn't adjustable though, so if you want more flexability a coil-over suspension (such as tein, koni, or others) might be better.

i have the aspec set up. it lowers it an inch like bryce-o stated. you can tell a pretty big difference, it handles turns a lot nicer, but im sure any upgrade you will be able to tell a big difference, but Aspec suspension love it, takes away that trunk like look and its not to low that it looks bad, the gap around the whole wheel is even and looks real clean

i would recomend getting the whole package rather than the springs alone. if you get just the springs alone you are going to bounce on every bump like every other civic and accord with lowering springs on factory struts.

yes there is still a little bit of a gap, but that doesn't mean it handles like crap ... still need some space for the suspension to do its work

exactly , don't want it to low then it hurts your handling/suspension

I had the a-spec suspension on my type S and I loved it! The ride was noticeably firmer but it was comfortable for daily driving.
