Default How to make signal lights blink faster?

I hear there's a professional way to do this and also a cheap way. What tools do I need for the Accord to make the signal lights blink faster?

splice a 330 ohm resistor into the wire going to the bulb. I've never done it just heard about it.

Where can I buy these resistors? Since there are 8 signals... I'll assume I need 8 resistors?

I've never done it so i couldnt tell you, sorry. As far as soldering, ask around your friends if they know how. Especially guys into computers, most of them do it.
