I have a code 5 and a code 12, i have searched but could not really find anything on my year.

I bought the car without an exhaust, could this be the cause of code 12? well it ends right after the cat.

im not sure where the egr system recirculates. might wanna try cleaning the egr valve first. do a search for cleaning procedures and go from there
