Default Did some work and hit the dyno

We recently swapped my ITR motor into my EG. The motor bone stock with a crap OBX 4-2-1 header only put down 154WHP and 123tq. Did some work and better numbers followed.

The set up....

98 spec JDM ITR complete swap
Skunk2 springs and retainers
Skunk2 stage2 cams (both gears set at 0)
DTR header
RC 440 injectors
Walbro pump
N1 crank pulley
Tuned on Hondata....for now. (I have AEM EMS but I need to get a harness)

Ended up making 195whp and 131tq
I dont have the graph handy but I'll work on posting it up later.

Thanks, I'm pretty happy with picking up 41hp from those mods.

I cant keep scrolling this thread without replying to this comment.

I'm sure that a lot of other people have done better numbers with less work, but thats their motors, and their build. This is MY motor, with MY build, and I happen to be pretty happy with the numbers. So congrats on the numbers you made with that set up, sounds like you're proud of it.

sorry, I wasn't trying to put down your numbers or anything like that. Just wanted to give an idea. Yours probably runs better than mine anyway lol

I agree, but I'm thinking that the junk header contributed to that in a big way. My stock numbers weren't with a ITR header.

Yeah, I guess I'll throw out that its on a Dynojet, and that all runs were on the same dyno.

41 whp is a significant improvement, and 195whp is damn quick in a hatchback

i love honda tech and how most people compare dyno numbers, its pretty rediculous.

i made 217whp with my fully built 2.1 RLZ motor. anyone wanna take a stab at making more with theirs on the same dyno?
