ok, so i have a 1990 honda accord dx. i'm having a problem with the outer brake lamp on my driver side. i noticed that the problem is not electrical and the bulb is still in operating condition. the bulb will not turn on consistently. sometime's when its off i will give it a thump and it will come back on.... another thing is that i noticed that there is is some kind of problem with the seal of the brake light because it is usually really humid and sometimes water will be on the plastic panel? any help is apreciated

 

Replace the bulb.

 

replace the bulb and the foam gasket ($5.00-9.00) behind taillight between metal. could also have crack in tailight causing moisture
