Default Is it possible to replace the comp wheel of a gt35r? I tried searching

My friends is in need of a new wheel. A blunt object hit his comp wheel bent a few fins pretty good, anyone know of places to fix this or does he have to buy a new turbo. I know its been a debate whether or not the gt series turbos can be repaired, i want to know if there was a definitive answer. Thanks!
