Seriously. Unless you want to take the time and tune all of those parts. More likely than not, even if you do, you'll make less HP than a turbo setup.

But don't let me or anyone else stop you, you can always tell who the pioneers are buy the arrows in their backs.

+1 Then go with ITR cams and cam gears Ebay Intake and an ITR header, tune it, then save for a turbo.

I'm kinda confused. You're like "I don't have much money to spend" then you're pipe dreaming with every single best street part for every part of the head.

What's your budget?

Stop throwing part names out first. Now if you're on a budget:

CTR/97-01 ITR cams($~300-350)
eBay or ITR header($79-250)
AEBS IM($130-170) I have one on my Si. It's great for the price
TB's a tossup. ITR, AEBS
You don't need the FPR

You can keep the IM and TB if you plan on boosting it. The Skunk2 parts are expensive once you start getting into the head. Trust me. And keep your head.

Damn, you gotta stop trying to misinform people. If it wasn't for Kaiba, you'll probably just let everyone think it's it huh..?

I am speaking for the noobs on H-T.

I know Honda would never throw an ads with discontinued Mugen rims.

Get some good security and kill switches. Then worry about mods. Congrats on getting a great vehicle.

Cheapest way to "add horse power" would be to reduce weight. Even though its not really adding. Not saying to ride around in a tin can with a power plant strapped to it, but just go through your car and take stuff out that isnt necessary.

If indeed you do have $1000 to spend, you'll have about enough to piece together a good turbo kit. The thing you have to worry about is tuning it. From what i've heard, its anywhere between $150-$200/hr to dyno tune, and you're gonna need a few hours of it.
I say you hold off on the valvetrain parts and save up another $700 or so and you'll be good to go with your turbo setup.

Photoshopped or not, that would be a kick *** CRX. As far as the new Si, I agree, do the security first and then go for parts.
