Damn.. Help me here, Someone yank my radio antenna!
someone yank my radio antenna, I can feel the motor whining from the radio antenna that goes up and down, how much doe it cost to fix it or any other way I could fix it without paying at Acura?
To the haters that hate Acura
a new antenna I'm sure is $$$ from acura, however, you could always get an S2K kit and have a non power antenna...
the whole kit should cost you about $50 w/ the antenna itself (roughly 30 bux from Honda)
Maybe someone here can chime in w/ a pic...I don't remember the contact who sells the kits, someone from NC

btw, how did they yank your antenna? Shouldn't it have been "inside" when it's turned off?
here ya go. Chris (RstoR) sell the kit from my install instructions if you don't want to make it yourself. Let me know if you have any questions.

I overlooked my antenna, there was a force of pulling the antenna, someone attempt to steal it but it managed to connected to the antenna motor box.
When I turn it on and off, I can feel the motor moving inside the antenna that connect to the motor box that move it up and down. I assume the motor work but the antenna is still all the way up, it could be disconnect or the motor not pulling it down? I see a grease lube on the button of the antenna, it seem it was pulled very bad. Lucky it stay in one place. I have to decide what to do but I need your advice, S2000 antenna would be nice but I prefer the oem stock antenna for safety reasons against the ******* who try to steal it. Thanks.

So your antenna is stuck in the "up" position and then "someone yank" it? What do you mean by "yank"?
