I read about it being done on a 5th gen but what about the 4th. Can you swap parts to make the rotors not press on and make it the ones that are easy to take off? If some one could just write a parts list (pads, rotors, legend parts, etc) if they have done it before that would be great.

like stated above, just check the FAQ's for your parts list. The 4th and 5th gen Accord have the same brake setup.

I know for sure one of the links for the rotor-over-hub conversion takes you to a thread on CB7Tuner which is a site for 4th gens.

As for the Legend brakes, same things needed for the 5th gen is needed for the 4th gen.
