Default 99 Civic EX Power Window problem

Alright I am a NEWBY to the Honda scene.. But I just got a 99 Honda Civic EX 4 Door. I had it for 1 day and its cold so I never really rolled down the windows anyways. Well I put new speakers all around and I put 6.5's in the front doors. Well now my Driver and Passenger window roll down fine but going up is a different story. Just seems like they are struggling. But I know the passenger had problems going up before I put the speakers in. Im almost positive the speakers are not hitting the window. Just looking for some input.

A lot of times the track gets dirty and just kind of clogs especially on vehicles with a few years on them, just go pick up some silicon spray (lubricant) and roll down the windows, spray in the track and roll up and down a few times. they say use silicone just because stuff like WD-40 and contact cleaner doesn't last more than a couple of hours and WD-40 will gets everywhere anyway. I mean come on man it smells!
