Speedometer help
I'm having problems with my speedometer. I have a set of reverse glow overlays on them and all my gauges were working fine. One day my speedometer needle would get stuck at 20MPH and stay there no matter my speed. Sometimes it will kick back into place and work again and then when you least expect it will stop and drop to zero and raise to 20MPH and stay stuck once again..
Where can i check to see what might be causing this. As i said the gauges were working fine this just started happening.
thanks in advance.

is that expensive to replace?
also could it be anything else ?

try to go to some salvage garage near to your place...
or maybe try to check your overlay glows maybe there is a bubled surface that makes your niddle stock sometimes...
or maybe your cluster gauge that is busted...
but based on my experience usually the VSS or speed sensor is the one that cause speedometer niddle erratic function...
