I have been hearing a clicking noise in my clutch pedal when shifting, I played with the pedal free play/height today and I can make it happed earlier or later in the stroke, but not eliminate it. I'm thinking it cold be a spring or something in there.

Anybody have this problem? Any ideas?

 

i have the same problem, comes and goes. havent been able to figure it out yet

 

My clicking/squeaking clutch pedal went away when I replaced the clutch/flywheel and associated bearings. It still squeaks a little now and then, but never clicks anymore.

Could be a dried out clutch release bearing that's making hte pedal a little sticky.

 

I have a fresh clutch/pp and both bearings.

I can see/feel the pedal move with the sound.

 

I guess the next thing to do is to regrease the clutch pedal joint.
