What do you guys think of the oem front under spoiler only on a 5th gen prelude. In other words, just the front piece on the front bumper no side skirts or rear bumper. I have seen a few pictures floating around HT that I believe to be front lip only, but I'm not sure. If anyone has this setup let me know and post a picture. My car is lowered 2" front and rear on H&R Race.

 

go for it.. looks ok

 

it looks best with the complete set... if you just wanted to do the front lip maybe the jdm front lip is a little more subtle.

 

at least get the sides and rear piece painted if you plan on getting just the front lip

Thanks for your replies guys. I like the look of the prelude front end so much more with the oem lip kit on the front bumper. My car is black, so the sideskirts and rear are allready black. I bought the oem front under spoiler from handa-accessories.com for 220 shipped to my door and painted. My car has been in construction for about 2 months so once I get it running I will get some pictures for you guys.

It still looks effing goregous. Look here at this lude, all he did was get his side skirts painted and added a frontlip. I tottaly love it!

I had a buddy do them for me since im not all that talented in painting but all we did was bought some spray paint from wal-mart (Gloss Black) and we just did bout three coats on each wheel taped off the tire oh and we sanded down the wheel first so the paint would stick better not the heavy sand paper tho use 1000 grit and we got black wheels now lol... Id rather spray paint my wheels then powder coat them cause either way they are going to chip powder coating is way more expensive and spray paint looks just as good and a hell lot cheaper lol

yeah jsut the front looks nice but w/ the whole set it looks great. just make sure it's all one color.. i hate it when you got different colored pieces on your car.

Anyway, I think the lip looks terrific on a 5th w/o matching side skirts. Paint it and call it a day.

man.. that pic is over 6 years old.. probably more.. thats nuts its got a rare exhaust greddy PE exhaust.. discontined exhaust from like 5 yrs ago
