I have a zc bottem end with a d16z6 head, i have a rywire obd-o to obd-1 dizzy and ecu jumpers, i am getting 3 codes, 1 o2 sensor ( yes i have a 4 wire) 20 electric load detector, and 22 vtec pressure valve,any ideas?

 

well..i can help with the o2 sensor code....1st how old is the 4 wire sensor? did you wire it up yourself? if so, did you rig it to the proper ecu pins? or do you have the rywire pigtail i.e...yellow, purple, brown, grey. have you checked your voltage on the solder joints? where is your sensor located? header or midpipe?

 

the 4 wire o2 is used but said to be good from a local place called civic pride, its the 4 wire o2 my harness instructions are designed for a different 4 wire o2, my o2 has two blacks and 2 other different colour wires its in my header

 

ok..well im guessing you have the wires mixed up...unless your ultra triple checked...make sure you KNOW what is the signal, ground, heater, and 12V wires on both the ecu end AND the o2 sensor end...after your SURE they are correctly connected and SOLDERED.....reset your ecu and report back..by the way how do you know its designed for a different sensor? does it mention 2 white wires instead of 2 blacks?
