I need to know if its the battery or the starter or what could it be....

Sounds like one of 2 common problems.
Main Relay , or your Dizzy took a shat.
I'd start by checking for the 2 second "brrrrrrr" sound of the pump when you turn the key over. If you hear that then next check for spark.
Hope this helps.

have spark check everything distributor... plugs.... gas...hahah... check all connections... dont know whas going on... man It sucks to cuz Im pretty tight with money so I guess Im gonna have to start skating again
I don't know that this could be what it is but does anyone think that it could be the charcoal canister for the vaccum system. Maybe its clogged really bad or broken or something. Just an idea. Tell me if I'm wrong because I'm still tryin to learn a thing or two about cars.
^ probably not that
my guess is distributor..... which is tough to diagnose sometimes. take it off, see that it spins smoothly, and supposedly autozone (or whoever) can test your coil & igniter but i'm not sure i trust their judgment on stuff like that
