Ive had my 07 for a little over 2 months now, but before I purchased it I shopped around for a little over a month. I had price quotes from $3000 above MSRP to amounts below MSRP. After searching and shopping around I settled with Hardin Honda in Anaheim CA.

I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30minutes. They have superb customer service and their prices were by far the cheapest. This is the 4th Honda/Acura that I have purchased, and my experience at Hardin was byfar the BEST experience I have had with a dealership.

I took in the cheapest quote that I had on the car, and they beat the quote without asking any questions.

I picked up my 07 with the hardtop, front spoiler and rear spoiler for less than the sticker MSRP of the car itself.

PM me if you want more info.

best deal I found (over the phone quote) was $30,500 plus tax and license for a 07 brand new s2k. Comes out to $33,210 out the door, which is not bad considering the average msrp sticker price Ive seen is 34,500. Considering on the payments I might go ahead and purchase it. You guys think this is a good deal? yea or nah? I want to try to get them down to 33 even out the door, considering I have $3,000 for the down that way I can finance the 30 even

first of all, get the blue! b/c i want the black.

the guote you got isn't bad, but i bet you once you go in person, they will b/s you and change their story. maybe it's just me, but my experience with them was horrible. they gave me a quote over the phone just to draw me in to the stealership and lied to me when i got there. and they played this whole back and forth to manager game with the figures, even though i specifially told them my max. offer. bottom line, they wasted my time and lied to me. good luck to you though! let us know what deal you get.

Have them email you that quote, so you have it in writing gives a little more leverage. Go to the dealer, try to work them on the price BEFORE tax and lic, and again have them write down the final price on paper.

Take that paper over to Hardin Honda, show it to them they will beat it by at least $100 no questions asked, and up to $500 if you're good.

I was able to pick up my new 07 s2k with the oem hardtop/front lip/rear spoiler all installed for about that price you're paying just for the car, so dont give up.

Hey there, this is what I've done in the past that worked very well..

I've asked for quotes thru yahoo autos. To do that, you need to locate some dealers near you and req quotes for your particular car. As always, they will offer a price that they are willing to sell for but there are always more room to squeeze out what you can. Most dealers will give in as they know the guy down the street will. The online quotes are usually a few grand below MSRP, but I would never settle with that. I always try to get the OTD price below MSRP.

Some pointers, never negotiate with one dealer. Look around to get a feel of what they are willing to do. Know the average market selling price before going in to have some leverage. It's all about negotiation and don't be afraid to say no to their offer. Once you make an offer, I would say strnad to your offer because most of the time, by the time youyr walking out, another sales rep is right at the door waiting for you..... I've been in that situation countless times... Good luck.

I have great credit, over 810, I did not finance the car, just purchased it cash. Actually bought the car with the equity on my home since the interest is tax deductible.

well thats why u got the car so cheap man. Dealers I talked to would give me the car for a bit under 30,000 if I pay cash, plus u can always negociate a 3,000 hard top, lip & spoiler if u show them MONEY! haha... well the best deal so far is a black 07 s2k.. brand new.. 30 miles on it.. 33,000 flat out the door price.. give 3 Gs down and fianace 30,000 as payments. The dealer is ROCK HONDA in Fontana. Payment wise (since my credit is good but has no history, dad will co-sign for me) I am looking at about $450 a month... no bad I can afford that...... I think I might do it
