boggin bad!! need help
Hey guys,
I swapped my 92 prelude with the h22a and it ran just perfect the first night...then this morning I hit the rev limiter just for a split second. and ever since then the car has been boggin from start to like 3-4k rpm....after 3-4k rpm it would just jump and run like normal. what do you guys think can be wrong?
Im guessing that i jumped a couple of notches on the timing belt.
any help would be appreciated....thanks.

Usually bogging is too much fuel, but you shouldn't be running rich from hitting the rev limiter. Check the timing like you said and get back to us.
also when i did the swap i used my stock wiring harness which is from the f22a1 motor...i added all the extra wires (4)... and i get a egr code 12.... do i need to switch pins like the hybrid accords do the a6 and a11 pins?
I didn't include the code in the original post because the car ran fine last night when the check light went on and would run with no problems until today...
timing seems to be fine... no miss fireing or ne thing...like i said it was running great until today... I don't know if the egr is causing this problem... I've run into the egr with the hybrid accords before and the car wouldn't even idle...
