Stiffening up the rear end in relation to the front will make the car more prone to oversteer. This includes doing any combination of the following: Stiffer rear springs, stiffer rear sway-bar, stiffer rear shocks, softer front springs, softer front sway-bar, softer front shocks.

You can also modify the amount of traction to induce oversteer by doing any of the following: Skinnier rear tires, higher rear tire pressure, wider front tires, lower front tire pressure.

Your "free" options would be to disconnect one end-link on the front sway-bar (disables it completely), raise the rear tire pressure in 2psi increments, and lower the front tire pressure in 2psi increments. Making these changes can make the car dangerous & unpredictable, so be very careful when testing...

The cure for understeer is to slow down .... no, really.
