since the K20A3 is from a 03+ civic si (usa). has different shift linkages from anyother regular position.

-WOULD I NEED TO BUY ANOTHER TRANNY (RSX) THAT WOULD FIT IN PERFECTLY.

-or i COULD use the stock tranny and shift linkages of an A3??

because i have a great offer for a complete swap. but needed to see about the tranny..... thanks

 

trial and error my friend.thats how things are figured out and how swaps are done.

 

The tranny should be fine, but I believe the shift cables are diff. It depends on where you are mounting the shifter.

 

well, thanks alot . right now i could-ish get a RSX-S tranny for a bit over 800. sooo i might get that... c'mon imagine going through all 6 gears with a SP-2 exhaust!!!!!

then again...where do i get 800?
