$3,790 acutally for the JR SC. And Comptech is $3,995. It looks like they project about the same numbers.

Seems like a lot of money for such a small amout of boost. But hey boost aint cheap right. You want to go fast it's gonna cost you.

yeah u'll probably get to 230-250 NA and that's it...

boost has the ability to upgrade for less ... a lot more potential and for the people who desire torque...HP is a given.

anyway....
it should actually cost more than comptech if u look at what u get!!! bigger rc injectors are not cheap, u get a piggy back also( i'd like to know how that works) and i bet it's not cheap...

I just noticed that. There is quite a bit more good stuff included in the JR Moss Motors SC for less. But for Comptech you are paying for R&D and reliability (supposedly).

doesn't seem to bad to me considering the power it made with a stock air box, header and exhaust....even set up like that it makes a good jump in torque from way down low... i personally would rather have a better power band then a high rpm, high hp killa... an on/off switch type of power band isnt usable.. atleast not on the street..

It doesn't seem so bad however with the comptech you get about the same output without injectors and without header and exhaust so I wonder which one is best...!

The fine folks at Hytech pulled 260whp out of it. I believe the kit is slightly less than either of these kits. At least with the Moss kit you get a piggyback. I don't trust the reflashes with these climates up here.

You hit 400 yet?

you might as well just spend the extra grand and go AJP turbo and put 350+ to the ground.

Jackson went out on his own and has developed a new Super charger called the Rotex and the 2.0L in the beloved SI is on the R & D list. FIY they have no intention of producing one for the 1.8L. Sorry a little off topic but will a acura K20A Type R JDM mate to my civic

Jackson didn't develop the Rotrex supercharger, Rotrex did. They've been around for a few years.

Thanks for the correction I misread the statement on Jacksons sight it is based off of a new Rotrex supercharger design.

Actually on a dynojet you're looking at probably 245 whp. That is higher than the Greddy turbo, and the curve should be more linear. Torque is also alot flatter on the dyno as well, more driveable. Bigger injectors to boot. The Vishnu Exede piggyback appears to be promising as well. If I could afford it, I would have ordered this kit yesterday already.
